Her 35 years of hands-on experience and knowledge gained through the operation of her family owned heavy equipment construction business, with a concentration in land management and utilization, make her uniquely qualified to identify potential benefits or challenges with each individual property. This attribute enables her to better match a buyer with the most suitable property or seller with the best prospective buyer.
Sandy has a genuine appreciation for the benefits that outdoor living can contribute to an individual as well as a family and community. Additionally, her desire to be the best steward possible of her own property has afforded her the advantage of recognizing that each property, while sharing some common elements, is unique. Moreover, Sandy appreciates the individuality of her clients and intently works to identify and satisfy priorities in their property related objectives. She presently resides on rural acreage located in southeastern Jackson County, Texas.
Sandy currently serves as a Board Director of Lavaca-Navidad River Authority having been appointed by Governor Greg Abbott in 2015.
Sandy enjoys working with the children and college age students within her church and teaches classes to both.
