Bill B. Baker was raised in Marion, Guadalupe County, Texas by parents in the education field. He grew up in a rural setting with family and extended family who farmed and ranched. Upon graduation from Marion High School and Southwest Texas State University, Bill spent the next 35 years working for Farm Credit in various capacities, specializing in all aspects related to farm and ranch real estate. The majority of that time he served as President of the Edna Credit Office of Capital Farm Credit. James R. Larkin, Sales Agent

After graduating in 2007 from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science and a minor in Plant and Soil Science, James returned home to become a full-time, fourth- generation rancher. He and his father, Thomas, formed Cordele Cattle Company. During his time ranching, he has had experience working with landowners, hunting tenants, as well as oil and gas interests. As a sixth generation rancher from Lolita, Texas, Vance currently runs cattle on property acquired by his family in 1876 along with his mother, Janet, and brother, Steve. Vance was previously the Real Estate Trust Manager for Wells Fargo from 1999 to 2014, responsible for farm, ranch and commercial properties.
